I grew up in Portland, Oregon and studied art, botany and nutrition. My background includes many years in both the culinary industry and managing the affairs of the elderly. I have taught cooking and nutrition classes and counseled people in nutrition and health. I enjoy gardening, hiking, cooking, quantum physics, energy healing and exploring this beautiful area of the planet called Marin.
